Everybird helps kids find their voices and their confidence — first words, bigger sentences, braver bites at dinner. Led by Whitley Gee, M.S., CCC-SLP, serving all of Michigan.
For families
Maybe it's a handful of words where the other kids have sentences. Maybe only you can understand him. Maybe the pediatrician said "let's wait and see" and your gut said something else.
Trust your gut. Asking is not overreacting — and it isn't a verdict on your child or your parenting. It's just the first step, and you've already taken it.
Come tell us what you've noticed. The consult is free.
What happens next
STEP 1
Tell us what you've noticed. We'll tell you honestly whether an evaluation makes sense — including when it doesn't.
STEP 2
Your kiddo plays. We watch, listen, and measure. You leave with answers in plain English, not a report you need a translator for.
STEP 3
Sessions built around what your child loves. Progress you notice at the dinner table, not just on a chart.
For ABA centers
Your BCBAs see it every day: kids whose programs stall right where language starts. Referring out means another waitlist, another building, another provider who never reads the BIP — and a treatment plan split in half.
Everybird works differently — and it starts with how our SLPs work. Most speech therapy is a 30-minute session and a closed door. Under Whitley Gee's model, our SLPs and your BCBAs write one coordinated plan of care, then train your whole team to carry it through the entire day — every program, every meal, every transition. The speech goals don't live in a time slot. They live in the building.
And it costs your center nothing. No fee, no revenue split — we bill families' insurance directly. What your center gains: kids who progress faster because their care finally points one direction, and the thing parents are actively shopping for. When a family is choosing between the center with in-house speech and feeding therapy and the one without, they choose you.
One kid. One team. One plan — all day long.
For SLPs
At Everybird, your job description is one line: treat your kiddos. No billing. No insurance fights. No credentialing paperwork. No chasing signatures at 9pm. Our back office carries all of it — that's not a perk, it's the whole design.
Reasonable caseloads. Prep time that's actually protected. A mentor who remembers her CF year. And teammates — including BCBAs — who treat speech like the center of the plan, not a referral slip.
You bring the heart. We carry everything else.

There is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is with someone who truly believes in them. Whitley celebrates every milestone and encourages him through every challenge. I would recommend Everybird to any family without hesitation.
My son sees Ms. Whitley for food therapy and speech. She has helped make eating fun and exciting — dinner is no longer a chore, and he has tried several new foods. She's someone my son genuinely enjoys seeing every week.
She has a special way of making him feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. Watching his growth has been incredible. They don't just provide therapy — they build relationships.
Meet Whitley
Families have known Whitley Gee, M.S., CCC-SLP, through her practice TheraGee — now growing into Everybird, with the same therapist, the same warmth, and a bigger nest. From first words to first bites of new foods, her work has always been about the same thing: kids who leave every session more confident than they arrived.
Whitley built Everybird around two stubborn beliefs: therapy works best when it's woven through a child's whole day, and therapists work best when they only have to be therapists. Her collaborative model — SLPs and BCBAs writing one plan and carrying it out together, hour by hour — has made her one of Michigan's most sought-after voices on how speech therapy and ABA belong in the same room.
Feeding-certified. Qualified to evaluate for autism. Experienced at getting AAC devices into kids' hands — funded, not just recommended. And always in the research, because the kids deserve whatever the field learned last month.
Every bird deserves to sing. She's heard thousands find the note.
FAQ
You don't have to know — that's our job. Book the free 15-minute call and tell us what you've noticed. If an evaluation makes sense, we'll say so. If waiting really is the right move, we'll say that too, and tell you exactly what to watch for.
Yes — we're in-network with most major plans and Medicaid, and we verify your benefits before your first visit so you're never surprised by a bill. If something isn't covered, you'll know the number up front.
Birth through the teen years. Most of our kiddos are between 18 months and 8 years — the window where early help does the most.
Our SLP works in your building on a set schedule — your families never leave your center for speech or feeding therapy. We handle hiring, credentialing, billing, and supervision; you provide the space and the collaboration. Plans of care are written jointly with your BCBAs, our clinicians attend your team meetings, and your staff learns to carry the goals through the whole day. Most partnerships start with a couple of days a week and grow from there. We partner with centers across all of Michigan.
Nothing. No fee, no revenue split — we bill families' insurance directly for our services. What your center gains: kids who progress faster because the whole team runs one plan, BCBAs with a true clinical partner in the building, and the thing parents compare centers on — in-house speech and feeding therapy, led by one of Michigan's most recognized names. It costs you a room.
Primarily inside our partner ABA centers, where your child already spends their day — no extra drive, no extra waitlist. When it's the right fit, we also offer home visits and telehealth, anywhere in Michigan.
Capped, and we put the cap in writing. Notes draft themselves for your review, prep time is on the schedule — not squeezed around it — and nobody will ever hand you a billing task. Ask our clinicians directly; we'll connect you before you sign anything.
Fifteen minutes, free, no waitlist to ask a question. Mostly we'll listen.
